S. Divaakar is a distinguished media executive with over 33 years of experience orchestrating business strategy, operational scaling, revenue management, and network development across broadcast and digital communications. Celebrated for his strategic foresight and commitment to journalistic excellence, he possesses a proven track record of launching and scaling high-impact media enterprises. Throughout his career, he has held pivotal executive roles driving revenue growth and brand leadership across major national and regional networks, including News18 Kannada (formerly ETV News Kannada), Udaya TV, TV9, Public TV, Gemini TV, Jaya TV, Zee TV, Sahara One, Filmy, and Prajaa TV. Notably, as Business Head at NewsFirst Kannada, he played an instrumental role in its successful 2018 launch and rapid market ascension. Bringing this vast industry leadership to macis NEWSi Media, S. Divaakar guides the operational and strategic vision of Macis Media India Pvt. Ltd. as it grows across digital platforms and expands into satellite news broadcasting.

Murali G. Rao (MGR)

Murali G. Rao is an accomplished media engineering executive with end-to-end expertise across the broadcast and digital media spectrum. Beginning his career in 1991 as a camera assistant in Bengaluru, MGR rapidly advanced through the technical ranks, rising to Chief Technical Officer within a decade through hands-on technical excellence and systems architecture leadership. Between 2000 and 2025, he successfully engineered and launched over a dozen satellite channels across diverse genres in India and internationally. He has also designed and established more than eight multi-camera studio setups and post-production infrastructures for leading digital media entities. Aligning with the vision of Founder & Chairman Madhaw Ciran and CEO S. Divaakar under Macis Media India Pvt. Ltd., MGR leads the technological roadmap for macis NEWSi Media, spearheading the development of South India's first AI-enabled, state-of-the-art technical infrastructure for digital media and upcoming satellite news broadcasting.
